Returns & Refunds
If you are not happy or not satisfied with your item an want to request a return please contact us first on info@mayyanjaffar.com to issue a return form.
Products purchased from www.mayyanjaffar.com with no damage can be returned within 14 days. Products purchased from other stockists to be returned in accordance to that retailer’s policy.
If a customer is not happy with their purchase they may obtain and full refund or exchange within 14 days of receipt of the goods. Satisfaction is always a top priority and as such each query is addressed individually to the best of our ability.
Your refund will be credited to the original purchaser's Payment card and will exclude shipping costs (with the exception of faulty items), which we deduct to cover the cost of our collection service.
Customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable. Please note that exchanges will be submitted through the same customs procedures, therefore are applicable for duty and tax again.
Please be aware that in order to receive a refund or exchange, the item(s) must be unworn and in perfect condition, with all the labels attached and in the original packaging. Where provided, any designer packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags and leather tags should be included as part of your return. We will not accept returns that do not adhere to the specified conditions outlined.
All returns should be sent back in their original packaging provided. Please ensure when returning the parcel that the packaging is properly protected.

Exchanges
In order to exchange products, requested for the exchange must be of the same value or higher. We will not exchange products for lower value than the original item purchased
Please contact info@mayyanjaffar.com who will issue you with a RAN (Return Authorisation Number). In doing so, please specify the product information you require and we will process this for you. You will receive confirmation of your exchange within 48 hours.

Damaged Items
We ensure that all shipments and products sent are in pristine condition. In the event the item was received damaged it shall be replaced. Goods are classified as defective if they are received damaged. If you need to make an exchange, send us an e-mail at: info@mayyanjaffar.com
All items must be returned unused with original tags and in original packaging within 14 days of receiving your purchase. We reserve the right to refuse a return on merchandise that is not in its original condition or returned after 14 days from date of delivery.
Repairs
Email info@mayyanjaffar.com with a repair request and proof of purchase. Our team will coordinate the bag to be sent to us and provide an estimate of any associated cost within 3 weeks of receiving the product. Any unapproved estimates will be sent back to the customer. All approved or no cost repairs will be returned to the customer within a period of 3 months, depending on the extent of the damage. Merchandise can only be repaired if a manufacturing defect occurs within six months of purchase. Natural wear and tear is not fixable. We can replace the stones but we do not guarantee the same stone as each stone is unique. These terms and conditions only apply to items purchased at www.mayyanjaffar.com. Any product purchased from other resellers must be returned to the place of purchase in accordance with that retailer’s policy.
